I wouldn’t worry about it, kitty cat. The owner is rarely (if ever) famous. Anyone remember Grumpy Cat’s owner? I don’t.

Ow might spend most of his life asleep, but he certainly is productive while awake, why not film him in secret? I doubt he can sense a camera recording.

Just apply some catnip and livestream the magic.

My house cat is a deadbeat too, refusing to earn her keep. She complains all the time, and has gotten so lazy that even the occasional cricket invader can elude her. She no catchee bugs? Then I no scratchee butt. Tough luck, cat. (Dogs are way better.)

When Ow feels like playing “Everybody Wants to be a Cat” from the Aristocats, he does not need to have it broadcast on the World Wide Web.

Well, what’s in it for Ow??

Just our guardians and protectors from the things outside. Outside our dimension that would do us harm: make us mutate in monstrous ways or insanity and murder if they get the chance. The contact with the Old Ones is very dangerous and cats keep them away.

(They carry dangerous arcane organisms that when in contact with any life like ours changes them. Turns them free to do mayhem and destroy with joy. Or just rabidly vicious with the lower forms.)

But that isn’t the subject of today’s feline is it? Never mind….
