Coming Soon š At the beginning of April, youāll be
introduced to a brand-new GoComics! See more information here. Subscribers, check your
email for more details.
Books are better technology. Think about it - there are books that have been around thousands of years without losing ājuiceā. Plus, you can drop a book with minimal damage, spill things on them and many other things - and they STILL WORK! Amazing technology that book is!
And if you read a good book, and want to share it with a friend, just pass it along. How can you do that with the book you have downloaded on a kindle?
prfesser I must need new glasses. I only see one item which might be a reference to a āBible Quoteā. No one says you have to actually open the book and find the quote, or if it is in the comment, that you keep reading. Be careful you donāt get as bad as Madeline Murrey OāHara who was constantly b++++inā about the church service on TV on Sunday morningsā¦.sheesh, lady, change the channel.
@Roto13 - remember that when the EMP event hits and that kindle / iPad / MobiReader / whatever is dead, and my dead-tree editions are still in perfectly usable conditionā¦ā¦ā¦
Not when the bookās out of print and costs 10, 20, 30 times more than the e-edition. (And you end up getting one that someoneās written in, or with missing pages, etc. Been there, done that.)

IPadās are cool and I love my Kindle, but thereās nothing like the feel of a book and turning pages. The older, the better.
