    Hate to be difficult, but since when are midterm grades recorded on a transcript?! He still has a chance to pull it up to an A for the full term. Though my money is on him getting a C on the final…

    one wouldn’t think the jury would be so happy about creating another lawyer. Maybe the professor should get an award for stopping him.

    Verdict for the accused. All legal fees plus $10,000, so the plaintiff will understand true justice. Nobody owes him a law degree. He’s gotta earn it!

    My cousin mentioned a couple years ago she took an advanced math course in college and got an A, though she didn’t really understand a thing. She’s been a successful lawyer for 25 years now.

    the average salary for a lawyer in the US is 121 K per year. Times 40 years that is 4.8 Million not 15. For every litigation lawyer there are many title lawyers or estate lawyers that never see the in side of a court room.
