Oatmeal Raisin cookies are tasty in their own right, absolutely, but others are so much better that it’s still a letdown if they’re the only ones served — and even more of a letdown if you pick one out yourself because you mistook it for chocolate chip.

I’ve always thought of a good oatmeal-raisin cookie as a breakfast cookie. :)
