Rita is in shock. She just realized that she won’t be able to order people around at home the way she can in the office.

Night Of The Living Dazed. (Or, “She’s Got Orphan Annie Eyes…”)

Doubt she’d survive without the office to go to.

As of today, my office (15 people, engineering) have been ‘encouraged’ to set up remote workspaces from our homes. Not compulsory, but strongly recommended. All done now and continuing with life sigh. To all my American friends, please stay safe and we can all get through this with just a bit of common sense and patience.

Fair dinkum, Rita shouldn’t be in shock as she’ll have the building all to herself! Mwuhahahah!

Plan? What plan?

I have to inform my staff that effective tomorrow we are reduced to half hours, which means no one gets to earn enough to cover their bills for the duration of the crisis. Everyone makes close to minimum wage and are going to be hurting badly. So much for my retirement savings

MEDIC!!! Poor Rita. Her reason for living could be suspended for months. Maybe she will become a better person?

I laughed at the moron who said the virus could not live in temps higher than 25C. Guess what. The human body is 37.6C. SO…how is the virus living in the human body?

I thought she was still in shock from meeting Trixie…

Rita has now entered into the “Twilight Zone” (cue foreboding music…) And Great Hair today!

We can’t do it forever. Maybe just a few months or less.

I see rita walking around an empty office that she has populated with cardboard cutouts of the staff – except for Ed who will do anything, even work, to avoid being at home.
