Which is worse, Petey’s Teddy bear lint in a jar, or Eep’s old toy that’s been passed down to Sandy in The Croods?

This is creepily reminiscent of “The Jar” one of Ray Bradbury’s weirdest tales, later adapted as one of Alfred Hitchcock’s weirdest TV episodes, later adapted as an episode of “Ray Bradbury Theater.”

If Petey keeps that next to his bed, what, besides the Dioramas, does he keep under his bed?

Lends a new perspective to Richard Thompson’s use of “boiled uggins” as a menu item in an English restaurant.

Hopefully Petey didn’t forget to add the formaldehyde to keep Mr. Uggins from further deterioration.

Wish Richard was still around to comment on the Coronapocalypse …

Some day, Mr. Uggins will graduate to a fancy urn sitting on Peter’s mantel

And so ends many passionate loves…

I hope that happens to my grand-daughter’s “rat” soon…

I feel like Richard left us clues that Petey was gonna grow up to be a serial killer.
