It took me a moment to get the reference to the window blind. I must be blind.

I’m completely lost… I only see a hide in the living-room and two ducks… presumably linked in some way to the hide… which would normally be near or in a wood or forest… used by bird-watchers or twitchers… The shotguns are a little disconcerting…

Is someone here blind? Is there a hidden blind? I can’t see a window blind… Makes no sense to me whatsoever…

Their problems will be short lived. As will they.

Actually, a hide is the skin covering an animal’s body: deer hide, cow hide, everywhere a hide hide. It became a verb when someone realized that the covering was intended to conceal all the messy glop that comprises that body, thus making us blind to the scars and mars all flesh is heir too. And that leads us to Airto, a Brazilian musician who has nothing to do with this erudite discussion. Hope that clarifies it all.

I’m still trying to wrap my head around the fact that they apparently expected someone else to hang their window blinds. Is that a thing?
