Hey! That speaks badly of him. The service at Auto Y Rod is so good he has no work and is bored. He’s like the Maytag repair man.

“At our earliest convenience” GRRRRRR! Ticks me off no end when I hear this bit of stupidity, like when I call my doctor’s office and the nurse’s recording tell me she’ll call me back “at MY earliest convenience”.

Although in this guy’s case, he probably means it.
