Sarcasm Lucy?

Lucy actually has a useful purpose in center field….

Wow, I don’t think I’ve ever seen Lucy cry. I thought she only gets mad.

Almost poetic!

Actually, it’s contemptuous spittle, but Lucy isn’t telling him THAT.

I think the grass around Lucy is more likely wet, not from tears, but from her reaction when a ball is actually hit her way.

I thought she was crying over the fact that Schroder doesn’t pay any attention to her!

She’s too far from Schroder. That’s why she joined the team.

Who knew Lucy could be so tender?

Uh Lucy, tears are salty. You’d have less grass growing not more if you really were crying.

Saltwater doesn’t make plants grow.

And if CB really believes what Lucy is telling him, then he really is a CB.

I think I am beginning to understand why Lucy always exaggerated on small issues. She was also a songwriter.

When did Lucy get promoted from Right Field to Center Field?

I can accept that.

She’s not crying from losing games. She’s crying because the grass pollen keeps getting into her eyes.

Much like my golf game …

It’s probably crab grass.

Crying over losing games or crying over all the time and money the games take away from her faux psychiatrist booth?

Lucy can be very candid at times.
