    That might be a good add-on for smart phones. Not the binoculars, but a form of endoscope for individual usage. Information could reach the doctor or Artificial Intelligence much more quickly. Healthcare will never be truly affordable as long as it requires humans be in the loop or at least a major part of it. Ever the richest today don’t have as good a healthcare system as they would if machines could constantly monitor their health and intervene appropriately.

    Just imagine if the first person to contract COVID-19 or any other contagion had a device which could identify the antibodies his or her body developed to fight it, and then notify all contacts to produce the same antibodies before the first sign of disease. Millions of lives could be saved and at no additional expense above developing the monitor.
