Strange thing is the dandelion was imported to North America by Europeans as a food crop. Now, for the most part it’s a weed in people’s lawns.

it’s not ‘poor branding’ it’s an invasive weed-rust me i battle with them this time every year

I guess after decades of stealing from suburbia, RJ lost his way in the woods.

Shouldn’t it be singing “Dandelion” by the Rolling Stones instead?

Dandelions are not yummy—especially not to someone whose refined palate is accustomed to the finer foods in life, like Twinkies. Besides, when was the last time R.J. ate anything with nutrients?

I never even knew about the anecdote about dandelions being edible. Usually, a lot of us just think of them as nuisances that try to take over lawns and gardens.

RJ is going to starve to death. They are closing some meat plants……….will Twinkie plants be next???

When I was young one of my jobs was digging up dandelions to prepare as greens. Free and not so bad. We also grew most of our fruits and vegetables.

I would have given the boys some food

Good wine for that mater.
