If he must eat all the Froot Loops first, put spoon in milk, tilt spoon toward Loop, Loop comes onto spoon. His problem is he is tilting the spoon away from the Loop, thus pushing it away.
Never cared for Fruit Loops, like my Corn Flakes, Frosted Flakes, Rice Crispies and Special K and some more just can’t think of them. Didn’t like the really sweet ones.

Drink the milk directly from the bowl and catch it in the vacuum, it should be soggy enough by now not to need to chew.
