Go out and catch a big fish for her. Maybe she will forgive you.

Not three weeks ago, my wife and I were just that close to a Bald Eagle. We’d gone for a drive and picnic just to get out of the house. Sitting in the truck at a small rest area alongside the river, the Eagle landed in the tree right in front of us. We eventually left, but he was still there when we drove by later. A very nice outing!

When visiting Alaska a few years ago, we saw a lot of wild bald eagles near a town called Homer. Close up and personal. Magnificent.

It all started with that can of fish you brought home.
