As a kid I was afraid of the dark; I would try to turn off the basement light (it was a pull cord miles from the stairs) and get up before it got dark…never made it.
Because you would have to travel faster than light to achieve this feat, and therefore time would slow down for you, you might find yourself landing in bed the next morning.
