I heard a speaker say something about nonsense questions like, “What shape is yellow?” My mother and I looked at each other and we both said triangle. That’s why 3s are yellow.
Don’t feel bad, Sarah. For me it’s some poetry and classic stories. People act like it’s SOOO meaningful but to me it sounds dumb or confusing. I just don’t get it.
Oh, so right. Synesthesia is still pretty mysterious. It’s been associated with creativity, which makes sense if you define creativity as connecting things that were not linked before!
I get flashes from loud, sharp noises, especially when falling asleep. I also associate numbers with specific characteristics, almost “flavors” which apparently is apparently also linked to synesthesia. It’s no big deal for most people, nor is it for me.

The only time I experienced synesthesia was 20 years ago, when I dropped acid (LSD).
