late to bed/early to rise/ yawn and stretch with bloodshot eyes/early to bed/early to rise/your girl goes out with other guys…I quote my Dad on that one.
If one is self-employed sometimes that allows one to rise late also. Having one’s husband retire – is even better – wake in early afternoon and bed at 2-3 am and I fall asleep between 5 and 6 am. So I am up early in the morning, just on my way to sleep.

You can tinker with it a little when you get older and retire but that tinker turns into tinkle sometimes during the night disrupting your sleep.
