I’ve made them before, well more like r͟e͟c͟o͟n͟s͟t͟i͟t͟u͟t͟e͟d͟ i͟n͟s͟t͟a͟n͟t͟ m͟a͟s͟h͟e͟d͟ p͟o͟t͟a͟t͟o͟e͟s͟ a͟n͟d͟ b͟a͟k͟e͟d͟, but still they were pretty good.
After cooking dinners for few nights, and having leftovers, I declare “Smorgasbord!” Put together a plate of a little this, a little that, and something else. VOILA! A whole new meal. Sounds and tastes so much better than ’Leftovers, again?!?"

My mom once made twice baked potatoes. I think she simply baked them twice as long as she was supposed to.

Twice-baked potatoes are great. However, with all that extra work, compared to just baked potatoes, I only make them once in a while.
