Lucy looks up into the tree. Charlie Brown is standing next to it holding the string to his kite that is caught in a tree. She says, "You know, if you were real TALL, you could reach that kite..."<br> <br> She continues, "Of course, if you keep STANDING here, maybe you'll GROW tall enough to reach it.."<br> <br> She looks up into the tree and continues, "Still, that won't work either, because while YOU'RE growing, the TREE will be growing too!"<br> <br> She walks off and says, "Oh, well, it's not MY problem.."<br> <br>
