The CDC has created a document for communities about how to carefully reopen and how to cope with the almost inevitable uptick when it doesn’t work perfectly. Unfortunately, this administration has attempted to quash it (no surprise). The New York Times has put it online, though. If you have to do with community governance, or know someone, I do hope you’ll find it and use it / pass it along.
