When is CB going to stop letting his ego get in the way of the success of his ball team? When he pitches, they lose. When he doesn’t, they win. Doesn’t take a rocket scientist.

Heh, when they adapted this story arc into an episode of “The Charlie Brown and Snoopy Show” in 1983, in the last panel it sounded like Charlie Brown was ROARING! He was at his most furious!
