    Good morning Crew!

Even tomato soup doesn’t work that well!

I recommend quarantine - a month or two should do it.

All anything ever does is to somewhat cover up the odor. Tomato juice is a cheap cover up, but as has been mentioned, time is the true fix.

    Good Afternoon, Crew!

a kid I worked with thought a skunk was a kitten and went to play with it … did not turn out well - but was funny as hell when he told us what happened

Tomato juice is only a limited cover-up, as mentioned. Try this:

1 quart (or liter) of 3% Hydrogen Peroxide … 1/4 cup (50 ml.) of Baking Soda … 1 teaspoon (5 ml.) of Liquid Soap … 1 pair of plastic or latex gloves …

edrush I was going to recommend the exact same thing! My dog got sprayed all over, and that absolutely did the trick!

I’ll bet he forgets next year.

They always do. Cats are smarter that way. They never get sprayed.

It’s funny how that works. We had a dog who messed with a porcupine - twice! Poor thing. But the vet fixed her up.
