Luann says, "Vote for me cuz I'm the most beautiful- not in the looks maybe but in my poise, good manners, decent grades, commitment to the environment and the ability to enchant preschoolers with a gripping reading of 'Mr. Bunny's Boo-Boo'" Toni says, "I think this is called 'influencing a judge'" Luann says, "I sure hope so"

I was wondering that how come Mrs. Horner and Toni can be considered impartial by Tiffany who needs to ask Luann to contact them… and that’s two out of three judges.
