I got talked into trying endaamame. You have to get through a fibrous, inedilble casing that looks like a snow pea, to get two three tiny pea-shaped tasteless lumps of I guess it’s soy. More work than shelling steamed shrimp for no reward.

I never eat steak, and chicken only weekly. Mostly, I eat raw fruit and veggie smoothies, fruit and nuts.

I’m a cross-eater, too (but I’m American)! I just LOOOOVE the occasional big, rare steak with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli.
