As a true comic book geek I have to identify the fabulously gentleman as the original Black Condor, originally published by Quality Comics in the 1940’s and currently copyrighted by DC comics.
This interview needs to pop up everytime there’s a whatever month. It’s all part of history (good, bad, amazing, etc etc), not just whatever for only one month/week/day. Things get better when we appreciate differences, but know we are not all that different. Let all history teach us how to let everybody live better tomorrow and cure evil around all of us today. https://youtu.be/GeixtYS-P3s
C’mon! Who could associate men in tights and women with motorcycles and whips with gay sex? [btw, the one extra question mark shows I’m being sarcastic]
The little known member of the Village People. Funny thing….as we ended our shift in Dallas Saturday night 4am a music ditty came over the car radio I just had to share with my fellow bros and gals. Turned it up for all to hear. Eased the tension of a long day into night. YMCA!!!! We’re not all bad.
There is a fine line dividing the province of superhero costumes and that of costumes for backup dancers of homoerotic musical extravaganzas. This costume crossed the line riding a motorcycle, jumping over 20 school buses on fire and never looked back:
His costume seems similar to one worn by Doll Man, a 1940s Quality Comiics superhero who was a member of that publisher’s super group, the Freedom Fighters.

June is Gay Pride Month. So this seemed like a good way to start off the month.
Here’s the link to the original vintage art and text.

It’s refreshing to see a super hero who doesn’t wear his underwear over his pants.

I have never liked turtlenecks. Too warm and itchy. Beat to wear a leather dog collar
