Amanda – What a wonderful thing to do. Just learned that each of the symbols are thank yous to the various volunteers they represent. Thank you for reminding. BTW – Masks still are needed. Continue to stitch away.
Oddly enough, I have actually had shopping lists very similar to that:
applessteering wheel coverflatware (moving is a pain)respirator for chemistry lab/art classes (I fainted once, so they wouldn’t let me back in without it)microscope that interfaces with my computer (still haven’t gotten that)other things that don’t matter now
But I don’t have a comic strip and can barely draw (I’m practicing!), so I can’t really participate in this, outside of comments.
Anyway, thanks to all the modern heroes, and try to stay safe!
I like the way you just “put it out there” Amanda :-) I would never have understood this if I hadn’t read a comment on Adam at Home. Thanks for the shout out to those workers, they deserve it!

Well, they’re sorta hidden, being all the way over in the second panel. You need to commit to reading the strip to get to them.

Well, at least you didn’t stick your tongue out at Dan and go “Psssttt” at him.
