There is a branch (small congregation) of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Hartlepool, but the closest family history centre (genealogical research facility) operated the Church is in Billingham. So I don’t think Andy himself would want to know his ancestors (though Flo may want to, but behind his back).
Had to look up those two on both the www.churchofjesuschrist.org and www.familysearch.org websites.
@Number Three Today’s strip IS funny our Hero Mr Andrew Capp’s family tree shows us how Andy inherited his jeans according to Flo :o) I have traced My family tree back to 1695 and it originated in Sicily ( no mafia connections) , my avatar is a photo of two divers posing while being oblivious of the giant shark lurking behind them , it’s like we do in real life see the little things and ignore the biggest problems :o{ how was your day in controlled freedom , our day should be busy but calm I hope , stay safe and BCNU pal
I’ve never done any family tree research but it’s very possible that I have an African ancestor because of my small amount of African DNA. The fact that it shows Ethiopia and Somalia so specifically must mean something.
I was out in town today to get my Dad a Father’s Day card. I stayed out longer than I thought I would. Probably because it’s good to get out the house.
Are you and Connie still unable to go for a drive?

Well Andy, I did a little research. And there’s actually a small town in Texas named after one of my distant family members.

I definitely don’t want to know about some of my ancestors … and if they were alive today, I’m sure they’d feel the same way about me!

Not really surprising that there’s some rotten apples on the Capp Family Tree.
