The Elderberries by Corey Pandolph and Phil Frank and Joe Troise for March 08, 2021
Transcript:
Miss Overdunne: Mister Winters...I trust you're not telling more tall tales to the children! Dusty: No, ma'am. Promise. Like I was sayin'. Today was a big deal when I was a kid. I could hardly wait to open my presents. Momma was in the kitchen...she'd cook a big turkey dinner...afterwards, we'd carve the pumpkin and hide the colored eggs. Child: I never get to do stuff like that on Labor Day! Child 2: Me neither!
