Haven’t used the grill much this year, it wasn’t until last week that it started to warm up. Then it was cool and rainy over the weekend.

I enjoy cooking for my family. I threw a marinated pork roast on the grill, slow-cooked it for about 5 hours and served it over super-buttery mashed taters with Ranch-style beans as a side.
