    Red found a “lucky” penny but by picking it up he also got bad luck , breaking his mother’s back so he had to throw away the “bad luck” penny.

    when I walked with my daughter she didn’t want to “break my back” so we made a new story. If she stepped on a crack the ground would open up and she would have to live Alabosee, the land underneath and have tea with the king of the worms.
