I had one way, way back that was huge; thick as a patio paver, and weighed about as much… it looks like hers is the same one (Dell Inspiron 7500, btw) ;-)
Wonder how Baleen and her man-kill T-Bone are doing these days. Maybe Corky’s has adopted an old Gasoline Alley tradition and turned the diner into an old style carhop service. The girls from Baleen’s old Woman’s Roller Derby League could dust off their roller skates and go back to being carhops again.
Glad to see that they’re appreciating all of the efforts that the journalists, editors and columnists put in to creating that paper. Although these days, the uses for it that Slum and Clover cite may well be more appropriate…..
