    I like that Food Poisoning Probability menu. That’s my kind of menu! I want to know what my odds are of getting food poisoning. (Hopefully low.)

    In the US, the food-poisoning probability is the restaurant grade number posted at the front of the restaurant, courtesy of the local food inspector.
