Living on the “fashionable Eastside”, I’ve seen the middle-class homes replaced with “McMansions” of the aspiring class. However much difficulty they have maintaining the lawn or Home Depot furnishings is nothing compared to Covid-19 causing our loss of “fashionable” status. Happy trails!
We looked at a place, just for the heck of it, that was going for about $950,000. The attic had been finished, and was probably twice the size of the house we lived in then. And that was the 3rd floor.
