Before I got my CPAP, I had dreams that scared me awake, and got me breathing again. Mostly driving off the edge of a cliff dreams. The last time I was scared awake my pulse was racing at about 140, and didn’t go down much for a couple of hours. Since the arrival of my CPAP – none. I think I’d probably be dead if I hadn’t gotten it.
