Predictions for the future: Teddy would say the exact same thing: “Love a good 4-day weekend!” the next day.

Y’know, sometimes I upload these weird comments that no one seems to like. For example, the one where I asked for replies. I’d just like to point out that 50% of the time, I don’t actually think before I speak and the other 50% is where I just have Mushed Brain Syndrome from this comment section.

Isn’t one Labor Day enough? Not enough for Nate..

If the first day of school was a holiday, then the next day would be the first day. But then it would be the first day of school, which was a holiday so then the day after would be the first day but then it would be a holiday and so on. That’s why if the first school day was a holiday, there would be no school.

Well boys, we did it. School is no more.

That makes a lot of sense and absolutely no sense at all.

So after already having the whole summer off, that isn’t enough? You want more days off? Yep, I get it, been there. Off for 60 days, ease back into school, maybe go for Tuesday, then again on Friday, following week, Monday, Wed, Friday, then a couple of weeks or so until Thanksgiving week off.

I don’t go to school until 2 days later, and it’s online school.

but if the first day of school was a holiday, it wouldn’t be the first day of school. it would be the day before the first day of school. then the first day would get pushed to the second day, and since the second day is now the first day, the second day would also be a holiday. and so on. and there would be a holiday on every day of the school year.

Why are they even at school they should be going back on Sept 22.

So if you celebrate the first day of school by staying home from school, then the next day will be the first day of school and then you can celebrate by staying home from school and then the next day will be the first day of school and then you can celebrate by staying home from school….

Why not just make every single day a holiday, so that you can have a 365-day holiday?

Then the REAL first day of school would be on the next day, so the holiday would be celebrated on THAT day, but that means the other day would be the first, and…and…and…BOOM!
