How old IS this comic? My dad had an ATM card in the 70s.
Actually, with proper context that could put him ahead. An ATM implies still using cash. I can’t remember the last time I paid cash for anything. Apparently, the only reason it exists is so my wife can get it out of my wallet to go to garage sales.
My mother-in-laws first time using an ATM was during the shutdown, when you couldn’t go into a bank.
