Give me cold and snow ANY day. You can always do more to keep warm.

I’ll never complain about cold. You can put more clothes on but in the summer we can only take so much off!

I’ll take cold over heat any date of the week! I have a coworker who lives near Phoenix who thinks she’s going to get frostbite if it falls below 78. She keeps talking about how the higher heat isn’t a problem because of low humidity. My standard reply is that I don’t give a crap how low the humidity it—110 degrees is like sticking your head in an oven and baking it!

People don’t move north because it’s too hot.

I’ll take abuse for this comment but I prefer colder weather (but not freezing!) because I can always layer up. You can only take off so many articles of clothing and still be legal in the Summer.

BBQ outside in the winter in North Dakota. Tradition! Silly though it may be.

I ran away from cold weather in 1965 and have never regretted it. It would be nice not have hurricanes, but compared to heavy snow storms and ice, I’m happy to stay in Florida.

Forecast for the next week" between -1ºC to 5ºC with drizzles, maybe rain and maybe snow flurries. As long s I have my flurry cats, a warm fire, a cup of hot beverage and Nanaimo bars, I’m good,

Easier to stay warm than to stay cool. I do NOT like summer’s heat and humidity!
