Reminds me of my parents who are in their early 70’s. They bike ride weekly (when it’s not wintertime), my mom gardens outside, and they take walks. During the winter, they both use their treadmills. In the meantime, I’m in my early 40’s and can’t seem to do much more than walk from one room to another in my house. I know, I need to start actually exercising but I’m sooooo lazy.

Problem with old folks is that they are, well, old. Imagine someone being president in their seventies! /s

Can’t help aging. If you are not getting older, that means you are dead. However, I refuse to b OLD!

Makes you feel tired just watching them, doesn’t it?

I was doing OK until a young woman offered to help me stand up on the beach where I had been sitting, minding my own business. She called me “mister”.
