Sesame Street, Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood, and Barney and Friends… how nostalgic (not quite so much with the last one in my recollection)

I remember an author that said “I learned everything I needed to know in second grade.”

It’s ok to ask for help

    You’re not a burden

    Murder is ok

we have two schools of thought fighting over who is right. One thinks that individuals learn and grow and become better. The other side thinks it is the social structures that must grow and improve to protect all the individuals. Frankly, you can’t have one without the other.

I miss Fred Rogers. I make sure my grandkids see him online. I want a world like the land of make believe, and I’m over sixty.

Oh, is that why many of us so called adults refuse to grow up? I believe with wisdom comes age, not the other way around. You can only be a child once, but you can be childish forever.
