I have never really gotten the whole God / Father relationship idea. The relationship isnât really isnât analogous in too many ways. Some kind of authority figure relationship definitely, but not father / child.
I was seeing pop up ads for shirts including this âGod Sacrificing Himself To Himself To Save Us From Himself Because Of a Rule He Made Himself â Simply Doesnât Work for Meâ Clever but wordy and I donât need to antagonize people needlessly. But I like it, in a George Carlin sense.
