We really don’t give the fruitcake justice. But since it is so hard to make a decent one, I guess that figures. Have had some average ones and can agree that there are better things to have. BUT… when you get a good one, you are in for A TREAT!!! There is a bakery on Collin Street in TX that makes fantastic fruit cakes and brittle (peanut and pecan), plus they ship practically every where.
