The national parks have updated their distance flyers to say 100 yards from wolves and bears, 25 yards from all other wildlife, and 6 feet from other people. Some of the more creative flyers have things like “keep the space of a mountain lion between you and the next person.” Not that it helps. Every year some idiot has tried for the Darwin award.
