You might want to rethink this plan, Red!

Red’s being uncharacteristically selfish here. He usually cares a lot about Rover’s needs.

Light on or off….you’ll never stay awake all night….little fella!

Sorry Red, but once you reach this point nothing remains of summer vacation! It is over!

It’s not that simple, Red.

I would still fall asleep when I was that age-light or no light.

But think of seeing your school chums and looking forward to a new grade and teacher! And of course, greeting Rover at the bus stop! Loving you guys!

What’s the point if you’re just gonna lie in bed?

That’s the plan.

I don’t believe Red’s plan will work; my parents always noticed if any bedroom lights were on after assigned ‘bed time’.
