California, where you can tell the change in seasons by the natural disaster taking place.

Lot of undeserved hate for California out there. Just how clean are your own back yards?

Ah, the not-so-good (but no-so-bad, either) old days before wi-fi and smartphones… :D

At first I didn’t see the weird “S” and read “equestration”. Wondered “where are the horses?”.

I would go nuts in a sequester, with no internet or broadcast television allowed. I wonder what exactly the courts allow a sequestered jury to do in the evenings? You could watch streamed movies, I guess, but the selection would have to be supervised and controlled. You wouldn’t be allowed access to your own phone or laptop, for fear you’d see the news.

Unless you’re in the country I don’t think there are a huge number of pickups in California. Arizona, yes.

Maybe not. Floating vehicles can be tornadic, seismic, magic or hallucinogenic in origin. While LA is abundant is a couple of these we can’t rule out Las Vegas.

With the things that were happening in L.A. in the 90’s there was no way the prosecutors were going to get a conviction of O.J. on any charge.

Where’s the hotel? Clearly, it’s Hotel California, wherever that is.

As opposed to Florida, where it’s so often “man-made”..Scott, Rubio, DeSantis. Gaetz…

Except for where I live now, it’s the best place I’ve ever lived (7 total – settled in Paradise now, west of California). Grew up in Texas, would never live there again, spent a year in New Jersey, then moved as far from NJ as I could think of (Alaska). Then 10 years in Connecticut (no, never again), then 22 years in San Diego – loved it, but got tired of a big city. Kailua-Kona is perfect.

There is Science, Logic, Reason; there is thought verified by experience, ant then there is California.

Four seasons here in Florida: Summer, tourist, hurricane and love bug.
