For those wondering, that’s Victory Boy, Cyborg Victory, and a Steel riff on Captain Victory (Parodies of three of the four replacement Supermen from the Death of Superman story), Victory Girl (Nearly every superhero has a younger female version), and Beta Ray Victory (Parody of a Thor character)But where’s Zombie Victory?
The female one looks more like a Firestorm wannabe – Victorystorm? Cap doesn’t need a zombie version of himself – that’s what he’s going to be like after his netflix marathon.
i still haven’t watched “In the Heat of the Night” which has been on TCM several times since I recorded it. i might be pushing the second anniversary of the taping.
There was a character who turned up as an alternate Superman during one of the crosstime crossovers, named Alpha Centurion (and later turned up as a newcomer character in his own right, with the same origin, in the mainstream). I think that’s who the one in the back is intended to be a riff on, at a guess.
