    Actually, there are quite a few bodily organs I have no great interest in eating…some of them great favorites in my own ethnic tradition.

    That’s exactly what my Grampa would’ve said. I’ve had brain mash. It’s kind of like chicken, tuna, or bologna salad, not bad. The kind of thing farmers eat because they sold all of the good parts for seed.

    Most animals don’t eat brains—-too hard to get too.My son’s cat seems to find bunny brains a delicacy. Every carcass that ends up on our doorstep is headless.

    This one is so funny! I have a friend that is so very much like Earl. I adopted him as my 2nd dad, his name was Ed and I can see him saying things like this to his grand or great grand kids! When you asked him how he was doing he used to always say, "Oh, grouchy, grumpy, obstinate, contrary, you know, just great! I love him so much and miss him terribly! Earl and Pearl help lift me up when I am missing him most. Thank you sooo much! Can hardly wait til we can meet up again on the other side.
