The biggest myth about boomerangs is that they come back!
The reality is that they only come back if you throw them exactly right, and they don’t hit anything. The path depicted is blatantly impossible. (If they do “come back”, they follow a triangular path.) And it couldn’t carry something, particularly something that screws up its aerodynamics.
