Nancy: That wearing WHITE in hot weather makes you COOLER.
Well, think about it, Nancy. Polar bears live in the Arctic and their fur coat keeps them warm. I also wouldn’t really say wearing a white shirt necessarily MAKES you cooler. But if you wear a black shirt when it’s supper hot out, yeah, you might get too hot with the way the shirt will absorb all the heat.
