I’ve never been sure that sometimes, Sluggo doesn’t know where he is going.

NOW will the workers cover that d@mned manhole??

They need a sign that says, “Do not post distracting signs!”.

If the scene were set today, Sluggo would be engrossed in a smart phone, not watching where he was going, fall and then sue the city…
