So wonderful to see Nancy and friends having a chance to enjoy the good old sumertime. Although, technically speaking, during 1950 – the Polio epidemic was a major concern for most parents, so kids were usually scarce at movie theaters and swimming pools. We lived out in the country – and most country kids went swimming in the nearest stock tank. No such thing as official swimming pools in most rural communities!
