in 2nd grade I got in trouble for reading a comic during math lessons. Teacher thought she would shame me for not paying attention and called me to the board to solve a complex long division problem. I got it right. She ask me to please not be a distraction to the rest of the class and let me move to the back so I could keep reading. LOL
MY son has his chromebook on his desk in front of his computer, and watches videos or plays games while his virtual class is going on. As long as his grades are good, I don’t care.
But kids will always know where you hide comic books. These days comics has lost its sheen and smartphones are more sought after. I sincerely miss comic books and do buy hardcopy comic books from Amazon at times.
I know where I hide most things. But if there is Ice Cream in the freezer and I know it, it’s usually safe unless I either see it in passing or see a commercial for it.
It’s that “Out of sight, out of mind” kind’a thing.

When Hubby hides something, you can bet that you’ll never find it until you’ve bought another one and used it up and are maybe about to buy another one.

My biggest problem is that I always know where I hide things.

It’s a rare one who knows what his weakness is and deals with it!
